Participate in NYP's Employee Engagement Pulse Survey April 24 - May 8

NewYork-Presbyterian is committed to fostering a respectful workplace where engaged employees do their best for our patients, families, and each other.  In support of this ongoing effort, all employees are being invited to participate in a short Employee Engagement Pulse Survey. This five-minute survey will help us gather feedback on:

  • How well we communicated the results of the Employee Engagement Survey last September.
  • If employees feel they were given opportunities to provide input on recommendations to drive engagement in their work area.
  • NYP's efforts on building a culture of Respect.

Below is more detailed information about the Survey and the link to access the survey.

About the Pulse Survey:

  • Open Monday, April 24 through Monday, May 8
  • Only available online, and administered by NYP
  • Links will be sent via email and will be on the Infonet
  • Employees can also take the survey at the Pulse Survey table in the Carrington Pavilion
  • All responses are confidential
  • Takes less than five minutes to complete
  • Results will be reported by campus only and shared with managers and staff in mid-June

Hospital ID Badge Policy

The Department of Security reminds all Hospital employees that they are required to wear their ID badges when they are on Hospital premises.  nypbmh-id.pngThe badges must be worn above the waistline, with the photo facing forward. Members of the Security Department may ask any individual without an ID badge for proper identification.  Please cooperate with the Security Department's efforts to maintain safety in the Hospital.
